Just think about all the people who have to live with &#8220;I should have&#8221; and &#8220;I could have&#8221;</p>
<p>You have learned throughout the contest how to eat healthy, how important exercise is and how wonderful doing both can make you feel. You have made friends, learned new exercises&#8230;battled BOOT CAMP in 5 degree weather&#8230;.some ran the half marathon others are getting ready to run it in October. You are joining the Beginner Runners and the Walking Team&#8230;.some inquired about becoming Instructors and Personal Trainers. You are forever changed&#8230; you are renewed&#8230;. you are empowered by STRENGTH and FITNESS and you no longer can live without it. <p>It was a very emotional day at Sayville Fitness today. As each of the final Fall Fitness Contestants came in for their final weigh in&#8230;.some came in TINY SHORTS AND HALF TOPS and others IN TEENY TINY STRING BIKINIS&#8230;. everyone looks soooo amazing!</p>
<p>I couldn&#8217;t help but reflect today on the first time I met with each of you individually in October for your first weigh in. Sitting in the &#8220;cry chair&#8221; across from my desk&#8230;. many of you were so unhappy with how you felt &#8230;.looked&#8230;and who you became.</p>
<p>15 short weeks ago&#8230;. Each of you had your own story to tell of why and how this happened to you.</p>
<p>15 short weeks ago&#8230; You whined and cried as I made you get on the scale&#8230;pleading for me to believe that you had no idea how the number got so high ..and then sulked as I measured you from head to toe.</p>
<p>A NEW YOU! You all transformed your bodies&#8230;. mind and souls into a whole new YOU! Each of you changed from the inside out. You have changed your body with intense sculpting classes&#8230;.You are toned, fit and strong. You have become runners and spinners. You do Indian Runs to and from the beach and in the process have the toughest workout possible&#8230;.. You have learned how to eat healthy for life&#8230;not only learned it&#8230;. you do it and enjoy it. YOU SHOULD ALL BE SO VERY PROUD OF YOUR ACCOMPLISHMENTS</p>
<p>Your self-esteem has grown to a new level and you now walk with confidence thru the gym and give help and advice to those you once were.</p>
<p>Most important you have become a family to each other. You are a family I am so proud to be a part of&#8230;.the support, motivation and confidence you have given each other has been nothing but amazing. I am truly inspired by each one of you. TODAY I RECEIVED A WONDERFUL GIFT FROM ALL OF YOU. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. I LOVE YOU ALL.</p>
