Reap the benefits of this ultimate caolorie-burning workout…OUTSIDE! That’s right…meet at the gym at the scheduled time. Walk/run to the Sayville Beach and get the workout of your life. A fun and challenging combination of cardio and resistance training using all the amenaties of the great out doors. This is a hardcore workout. Option: meet us at the beach 10minutes past class time.

is one for all the strength training buffs, challenge your strength and balance with this fun class using the bosu and weighted balls
BOXING
Learn all the basic techniques of boxing using the heavy bag. This one on one will let you take out all your pent up aggression. Instruction is taught by Professional Boxing Instructor.

FIT-KIDS
FIT-KIDS for ages 8-14 provide a good cardiovascular workout and overall conditioning. FIT - KIDS teaches children cardiovascular activities, exercises and proper strength training. Classes are taught by Denise Donohue a New York State Certified Physical Education Teacher.

KETTLEBELL
In this class you practice the basic kettlebell moves like the swing, clean, press, squat, and others. You will definitely get your heart rate going and turn into a fat burning machine as we take you through a range of high-energy exercises.
KICKBOXING
An aerobic workout that teaches basic kickboxing skills choreographed to energizing music utilizing various equipment such as focus pads, focus mits and cross-training techniques. Be prepared to have fun and work hard.

RUNNERS CLUB for Beginner and Advanced Runners
Beginner runners (1-5) will be introduced to proper running form and breathing tecniques as they start from a walk/run and work toward a full two mile run.
Advanced runners (5-13) will learn speed and distance tecniques as well as interval training and strength programs for runners.
STEP & SCULPT
High intensity workout that involves stepping up and down on an adjustable platform. Combinations that will challenge even the best stepper. Concludes with a toning segment and abdominals.
SPINNING
A cardio workout performed on a stationary bike based on sound cycling principles. It is an indoor bike ride including a vigorous workout for anybody willing to enjoy the ride. Classes are technique based and/or real terrain based and thus, focus on cadence, heart-rate zones, sport-specific drills, climbs & sprints that can make an unpredictable ride that is fun and challenging. Also try our ONE on ONE Spin. This gives beginner & advanced cyclist the opportunity to ride and learn specific techniques to YOUR personal training zones. TAI-CHI CHAUN
Class focuses on the slow, gentle movements to promote relaxation of muscles and nerves, and easing stress and frustrations. An ancient Chinese martial art designed to foster spiritual, mental, and physical well-being. Tai Chi is currently being held at Gillette Park at the scheduled times.
